Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or event on EventGate ("the Platform"), you ("Organizer") agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Organizer Responsibilities

Organizers are responsible for the accuracy of their event details, pass pricing, and for fulfilling entry to attendees who hold a valid confirmed pass. Organizers are responsible for complying with local laws applicable to their event (venue permissions, safety, taxation).

3. Payments

Payments collected through the Platform are processed via a third-party payment gateway (Razorpay). EventGate is not a party to the transaction between the Organizer and the attendee beyond facilitating the checkout.

4. Plans & Limits

Each subscription plan includes limits on the number of events, registrations, and WhatsApp messages, as described on the Pricing page. Exceeding a limit may pause new registrations or feature access until the account is upgraded.

5. Account Suspension

EventGate may suspend an Organizer account for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or non-payment of applicable fees.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is". EventGate is not liable for event cancellations, disputes between Organizers and attendees, or third-party service outages (payment gateway, WhatsApp provider).
