Privacy Policy

1. What We Collect

From Organizers: name, organization name, email, and event/plan billing details. From attendees registering for an event: name, mobile number, WhatsApp number, address and an optional photo — only the fields the Organizer's registration form asks for.

2. How We Use It

Attendee data is used to generate the attendee's pass, verify entry at the gate, and (if enabled by the Organizer) send booking confirmations, reminders and event-related WhatsApp messages. We do not sell attendee or organizer data.

3. Data Isolation

Each Organizer's events, registrations and staff accounts are isolated from every other Organizer on the Platform. No Organizer can view another Organizer's data.

4. Third Parties

Payments are processed by Razorpay. WhatsApp messages, when enabled, are sent via the Organizer's chosen provider (Meta Cloud API or a self-hosted bridge). These providers process the minimum data required to complete their function.

5. Data Retention

Registration and event data is retained for as long as the Organizer's account is active, and may be exported by the Organizer at any time via CSV export.

7. Your Rights Under the DPDP Act, 2023

As a Data Principal under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have the right to access the personal data we (or an Organizer, as applicable) hold about you, request correction of inaccurate data, and request erasure of your data once it is no longer needed for the purpose it was collected. Organizers can request full account and data deletion via their Billing page; attendees can request the same by contacting the Organizer of the event they registered for, or by reaching us via our Contact page.
